Position: Banquet Assistant Chef

The top priority of the Banquet Assistant, is to assist in food preparation to ensure the dining experience of event guests at the Northern is consistent with four star hospitality and well beyond the guest’s expectations.

The Banquet Assistant, is responsible for assisting in all culinary operations in the Catering and Banquet Department . Duties include, helping with ordering, menu planning, execution of prep list, expediting and inventory in accordance with events on the calendar.

The Banquet Assistant, is also responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation and organization of the Banquet kitchen, as well as upholds a positive work environment between the front of the house and back of the house.
