Position: Banquet Captain

Job Summary

Our Banquet Captains are responsible for leading and directing Banquet Servers in providing exceptional food and beverage service during special events/meetings. They help assist the Banquet Manager in scheduling and other duties as assigned. This position has an excellent earning potential, is full time and comes with a generous benefit package.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Organize banquet set up areas with supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate servers in retrieving/serving food and beverages
  • General maintenance of banquet areas
  • Supervising bar services
  • Maintaining and organizing inventory and related stock
  • May perform other duties as required to provide genuine hospitality.
