Position: Banquet Captain

Job Summary

Banquet Captains are responsible for leading and directing Banquet Servers in providing exceptional food and beverage service during special events/meetings.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Organize banquet set up areas with supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate servers in retrieving/serving food and beverages
  • General maintenance of banquet areas
  • Supervising bar services
  • Maintaining and organizing inventory and related stock
  • May perform other duties as required to provide genuine hospitality
