Position: Banquet Captain

Banquet Captains are responsible for leading and directing Banquet Servers in providing exceptional food and beverage service during special events. Duties include organizing banquet set up areas with tables, chairs, linens, silver and china. Coordinate closely with Servers to exceed guest expectations in serving food, coffee, water and other beverages. Clean banquet room/s during and after the dining experience.  Perform other duties as required to provide genuine hospitality. This is a full time regular position.
