Position: HR Director

The HR Manager is responsible for developing policies and overseeing the activities of employment (recruitment, hiring, termination), compensation, safety, training and development, employee relations, benefits administration and legal compliance. They will provide guidance and support to the management team on personnel related issues, will serve as an employee advocate and administer company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner. Additionally, this individual will assist with company-wide issues, proactive problem resolution, long-range planning, and facilitating positive working relations with external and internal customers.

The HR Manager will coach and counsel employees to exhibit exceptional service standards and procedures.

Must have a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience at a manager or director level. Previous hotel/hospitality industry experience is preferred.
